The Archbishop of Canterbury is the Metropolitan Archbishop of the Igreja Lusitana Católica Apostólica Evangélica

The Archbishop of Canterbury is the Metropolitan Archbishop of the Igreja Lusitana Católica Apostólica Evangélica, an extra-provincial diocese under the metropolitan authority of the Archbishop of Canterbury.

The Rt. Rev. José Jorge de Pina Cabral was consecrated on 25 April 2013 as bishop of the Lusitanian Church of Portugal. Bishop Cabral is the son of the Rt. Rev. Daniel Pereira dos Santos de Pina Cabral (1924-2008) the nine Bishop of Lebombo, Mozambique of the Anglican Church of Southern Africa from 1968 to 1976.
