Nicholas Okoh, joined by leaders of the Nigerian church and prominent civic leaders dedicated St Mathias House” as the offices of the Church of Nigeria National Secretariat.

The building, which cost over N1.38 billion ($3.8 million) to build, contains offices, classrooms, an auditorium and chapel and is located in the Gudu District of Nigeria’s capital.

“We have come to offer thanksgiving to God and to dedicate this new building to His honor and glory as we present the National secretariat,” the archbishop said. He thanked the former Army Chief of Staff, Lt. Gen. Theophilus Danjuma for the donation of land upon which the Secretariat was built, and the lay men and women across Nigeria who had contributed to its construction.
