Gorsuch, in his opinion, said that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act would adequately protect religious organizations and individuals. Maybe, but this kind of sweeping redefinition of words is going to have extreme consequences. It’s not only religious people who think that biology determines sexual identity. The ruling places subjective feelings above objective reality.
