Church Attorney files amended pleading asking Hearing Panel to depose Bishop Jon Bruno

Church Attorney Jerry Coughlan has filed an ammendment to his post-trial brief, asking the Hearing Panel adjudicating the case of the Rt. Rev. J. Jon Bruno, to depose the Bishop of Los Angeles “forthwith” from the ordained ministry, and to carry out a forensic audit of the Corporation Sole — the holding company controlled by the bishop — to see if the bishop breached his fiduciary duties and defrauded the church.
