Terror attack on Zanzibar cathedral

Suspected Islamist terrorists have attacked Christ Church Cathedral in Stone Town, Zanzibar, detonating two bombs at the cathedral’s entrance and the Old Slave Market.

No fatalities have been reported in the mid afternoon 24 February 2014 attack, the dean of Zanzibar tells Anglican Ink.
