The Bishop of the Diocese of Mid-America of the Reformed Episcopal Church, the Rt. Rev. Ray Sutton, has acceded to the post of Presiding Bishop of the Reformed Episcopal Church. In an Epiphany letter to the church, one of the founding members of the Anglican Church in North America, Bishop Sutton discusses the transition and the work that lies ahead for the REC.
