His humility, courage, and steadfast commitment to justice and the dignity of all people were a true reflection of Christlikeness. In his life and ministry, he embodied the Gospel challenging the powerful, comforting the afflicted, and championing the marginalized.

We join millions around the world in mourning his passing and giving thanks for the extraordinary impact he made.
