The 2023 GAFCON Conference held at the Kigali Convention Center kicked off a five day program of events on the evening of 17 April 2023. The Rt. Rev. Lee McMunn, an assistant bishop in the Anglican Mission in Europe, and Prof. Julie Okeke of the Diocese of Ideate, Church of Nigeria, opened the proceedings and will serve as the master of ceremonies for the meeting.
