After receiving the Summons and Presentment filed with the Court for the Trial of a Bishop charging him with four violations of Canon IV.2.4, Bishop Todd Atkinson has filed his Answer with the Court denying all charges. The process will continue according to the Canons.
The Court will now begin working with the Provincial Prosecutor and Respondent’s counsel to move the process forward.
