I’m at least a half step out of sync with most. Belief in God is required (First Commandment). Everyone must address God. Church should be a place of worship to our Creator with all the richness and depth we can muster. It seems the emphases is on winning God’s favor for health, wealth, and happiness. Anglican lite.
I think the Anglican Church is lost and out of favor including the recent so called orthodox movements. The tools are still there but not used wisely. The Anglican Church in N. America and Europe is a shadow of itself. The trend now is to copy non-denominational mega churches and hope for enough funds to keep alive. Quit screwing with the basics. No. Switching to patchouli oil for unction is not the answer to reaching the young and old hippies.
