  1. Lest anyone think the “Gaia” reference in the headline is out of context, here is another press release from the cathedral (if you follow the link at the end of the article labeled “Peterborough Cathedral press office” it will take you to a place of pagan wonders)….

In any case, not to be outdone by Pride parades and “helter skelters” in lesser cathedrals….

    GAIA – EVENING OPENING MON 02 SEP 2019 T:21:00
See Gaia in its full glory as dusk falls. The seven metre diameter sphere was created by artist Luke Jerram and features 120dpi detailed NASA imagery of the earth’s surface. It is accompanied by a specially made surround sound composition by BAFTA award-winning composer Dan Jones.
NOTE 1: This £2 ticket is for evening entry to the Cathedral. An optional extra ticket (£2.50) may be bought from the Gaia shop on the evening to ‘Climb to the Northern Hemisphere’ and see Gaia from above. Numbers are limited for safety reasons. These £2.50 tickets can only be booked on arrival.

  2. Yoga moves and poses can be good for core strength and flexibility. However, it was and is a Hindu reflection and worship tool. This yoga session, with the huge globe and references to Gaia, is clearly pagan. It’s worse than the Helter Skelter, which was merely juvenile and stupid.

  3. Has anyone else noticed how often politically corrected hymns replace the word ‘man’ with ‘earth?’ I have long protested that this is Gaia worship replacing the Christian Gospel; surely this latest travesty is another step along the same trajectory?
