Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ,

In cooperation with the call for financial appeal from Archbishop Beach, I am calling for all of our Reformed Episcopal Parishes to make a special collection on May 31, for emergency relief in Nepal.

I would remind our Reformed Episcopal brothers and sisters that the Deanery of Nepal is a special partner with the Reformed Episcopal Church. We have been in that relationship for several years and have sent pastors to Nepal to help train clergy. Now, our dear brothers and sisters in Nepal especially need our help. Please read Archbishop Foley’s appeal letter and then act upon it. God’s people really do need your help at this time.

As you therefore have opportunity, do good to all men, especially, to those who are of the household of faith.   Galatians 6:10

Faithfully in Christ’s Service,

The Most Rev. Royal U Grote, Jr

Presiding Bishop
