U.S. District Court strikes down clergy housing exemption as unconstitutional

U.S. District Court Judge Barbara Crabb of the Western District of Wisconsin has ruled the clergy housing allowance law, 26 U.S. C. § 107(2), “violates the establishment clause” of the U.S. Constitution and must be overturned.
