  1. The Briden report exonerates deceased Bishop Bell of all allegations.

    This is not quite accurate. The Briden Report does not address the “Carol” accusations and in fact was directed not to address those allegations. See paragraphs 15, 23, and 43 of the report.

    I don’t myself believe the “Carol” allegations, but that is my own conclusion and not one reached by the Briden Report.
