The Venerable Leonard Petrus Nyakale was elected as the next Bishop of the Diocese of St Mark the Evangelist at an Elective Assembly held today.

Please keep him, his family and the Diocese in your prayers as they prepare for his consecration.

Bishop-Elect Nyakale was elected on the 10th ballot. The assembly was chaired by Archbishop Thabo Makgoba.
