The trial of Bishop Stewart Ruch III resumes this Wednesday, October 8 at 9:00 a.m. EST via a secure online platform. This trial is closed to the public, and all motions or decisions from the Court will be posted on the Court for the Trial of a Bishop page here.

Following the conclusion of the trial, the Court will set a time for deliberation to reach a verdict. Then, the Court can take up to 60 days to finalize and release its opinion. The verdict will not be announced until the Court releases this opinion, and it is expected to take all 60 days given the complexity of this case.
