The Court for the Trial of a Bishop released the following statement this evening, concerning the restart date of the Ecclesiastical Trial of Bishop Stewart Ruch. This statement and further information about this case can be found on the ACNA’s Ecclesiastical Court Updates page.

The Trial Court of a Bishop announces that, in its recent Order, and in consideration of the schedules of the parties, staff, and members of the Court, the resumption of the trial of Bishop Stewart Ruch, originally scheduled for October 6, 2025, will now take place on October 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. EST. This brief adjustment allows for the necessary accommodation of all involved in these proceedings.
