The primate of the Province of Alexandria, the Most Rev. Samy Fawzy, welcomed participants from this year’s training class for bishops led by the Archbishops of Uganda and South Sudan, to worship today at All Saints Cathedral in Cairo. Archbishop Fawzy recounted the history of the cathedral and then described the social programs such as schools, hospitals, clinics and orphanages sponsored by the diocese of Egypt.
