The terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow yesterday evening means families and friends of almost 150 people woke to grief. I am shocked and saddened by this senseless act of violence. I pray for the families of those who have lost loved ones, and those who seek to bring comfort, healing and hope to those in need.
