Nigeria’s Punch newspaper reports the wife of the Bishop of Ikedura has been kidnapped.
Mrs. Anuri Maduwuike was abducted on Thursday 22 Aug 2019 while driving home from a visit to the neighboring town of Owerri in Imo State.
A police spokesman has confirmed Mrs. Maduwuike has been abducted, but reports no demands for ransom have yet been received by the family.
