To cover the canonical lines and in a pursuit of Christian concord and charity, as a diocesan bishop before the law and before the Church by the only grace of the Holy Spirit of the Anglican Diocese of Southeast Mexico, I authorize Bishop Sally Su Hernandez to visit the congregation in my jurisdiction of Holy Trinity in the City of Oaxaca this Sunday July 13th of the present year of the Lord. I pray that this meeting carries with it the love of Christ and is for the edification of the Church of God.
