The Episcopal parish at the center of the property dispute between the Diocese of Fort Worth and the national Episcopal Church celebrated its first same-sex blessing last month. On 18 April 2015 the Rev. Chris Jambor celebrated a rite of blessing of a same-sex union of Blake Macon and Drew Martin at All Saints Church in Fort Worth according to a post on the social media service, Facebook. The parish property, currently controlled by a faction loyal to the national church, is the subject of a 3 June 2015 hearing before the Tarrant County Court to hear a 6 May 2015 motion for summary judgment filed by the diocese seeking possession of the property.
